What is supposed to be the prime minister’s official residence, 24 Sussex, is an abandoned, rat-infested hellhole in dire need of repair But in true Canadian fashion no one can agree on what to do. Alas, this is one more reason why we aren’t a real country.

What to say when 'experts say'

By filling mainstream media with Twitter-level commentary from experts grasping beyond their expertise, journalists are making news reporting increasingly look and sound like social media. This isn’t reporting, it’s narrative building by proxy.

In Russia, Putin always comes out on top

Ultimately, everybody serves at the behest of the new Czar and is in a constant effort to maintain their position of power, largely by ingratiating themselves with Putin. The Wagner mutiny was driven by Prigozhin’s own fall from grace.
