Andrew Parkes is an international strategy consultant currently residing in London, U.K., but originally from Toronto, Canada. He has a keen interest in improving the strategic alliance between the Canadian public and private sectors.

Joanne Archibald is a PhD candidate in History at Queen’s University where she is studying Canadian military policy in the early Cold War.
