Gerard Kennedy is an assistant professor in the Faculty of the Law at the University of Manitoba, where he teaches and researches in the areas of procedural law, administrative law, and constitutional law. Mark Mancini is a PhD Student in Law. He studies administrative law and the law of judicial review, particularly focusing on the rule of law in the administrative justice system. His work has appeared in academic journals and general interest publications across Canada.
